JL7 Apps reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. This may include identity documents, proof of payment method ownership, or source of funds documentation. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending the outcome of any ongoing investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

JL7 Apps reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
Upon termination of your account for cause, JL7 Apps may, at its discretion, forfeit any bonus balances and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation. Real-money balances not associated with bonus abuse or fraudulent activity will generally be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.
You may close your account at any time by contacting JL7 Apps support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you after all pending wagering requirements and verification checks are completed.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
